GOLEM JAMS

Big-team, limited-span collaborative projects I've organized and participated in.

Started at MassArt in 2013 by me, Peter Landry Nicole Amidon, and my brother,
GOLEM became an ever-changing, often-growing group of students and recent grads who used any free time we had to animate short-turn-around, collaborative, themed  animations, often conceptualized, animated, edited and exported, within short timeframes; 24 hours, 48 hours, etc. It was a great "whatever, I'll just do this dumb thing" outlet for current students, and something to keep recent grad's claws sharp.
Our most popular project, #3, SCROOBJAM, played at the Drive-In-Movie Fest in New York, NY, got a Vimeo Staff Pick, and was featured on Cartoon Brew and DailyPsychedelicVideo.com, appartently. Just saw that last one as I'm writing this.
Fun! We had a cute screening at a local theater in Boston in 2018 that wrapped up my time working with the Golem Collective. At least, for now...
